Gathermed does not submit claims and is not a billing agent. ## Key facts - Code set reflects the CY2026 Medicare Physician Fee Schedule, effective January 2026. - New for 2026: RPM 99445 (device supply, 2-15 days) and 99470 (management, 10-19 min); RTM 98984 (respiratory), 98985 (musculoskeletal), 98986 (CBT) for 2-15 days, and 98979 (management, 10-19 min). - Short-duration and long-duration device codes are mutually exclusive.
